Hello!
Every spring, Wood Acres Girls Running Club runners choose an organization to fundraise for. The girls execute fundraiser efforts and gain valuable leadership experience and learn how to effectively raise awareness for a cause they care about!
This spring, the runners decided to raise money for Small Miracles Cat & Dog Rescue: a Maryland organization dedicated to providing the best possible care and finding forever homes for as many homeless cats and dogs as they are able. They have found homes for more than 12,000 cats since their founding in 2006 and more than 7,000 dogs since they expanded to serve dogs in late 2011.
We’re aiming to raise $1,000 by June 13th, the day of our 5K, to help Small Miracle Cats & Dog Rescue continue its work. Help us complete our goal by donating! All donation sizes are greatly appreciated :)
