Having welcomed my first child in January 2023, I discovered a need for local mommy & me programming in South Los Angeles. To bridge this gap, I founded SLAMM.

My dream is for SouthLA Mommy & Me to become a haven where moms and their kids can laugh and learn together and connect with others on the sacred journey of motherhood.

We had an incredible first year of programming and we can't wait for more in 2025!

As we continue to offer free musical story times for babies and their families we’re growing ever aware of our need for continued funding to sustain this programing. Accessibility for our community remains paramount. We are committed to keeping musical story time free, and we need your help to achieve this.
