Sky is my two-and-a-half-year-old Australian shepherd, and he’s been my companion since he was a puppy. He’s always been full of energy, bringing joy and love into my life every single day. Recently, Sky started showing signs of serious discomfort, and after a visit to the ER, the vets discovered he may have an intestinal obstruction. They’ve recommended urgent x-rays and possibly surgery to help him recover.

The costs for these exams and treatments are much higher than I can manage on my own, especially since I don’t have pet insurance for Sky. Right now, we’re waiting to move forward with his care until I can raise enough to cover the expenses. It’s been tough seeing Sky, who is usually so happy and active, not feeling like himself. He means the world to me, and I want to do everything I can to get him healthy and back to his playful self.
