Skyler was involved in a major boating accident with his son and 2 other friends on March 8, 2026, They were ejected from the boat and landed on the rocks by the dam and suffered extensive injuries. His wife ended up finding them and called for help.

Skyler was transported to HCA Conroe. Skyler suffered several back fracturs, a shoulder fracture, hip fracture, as well as all right side ribs are broken and several left side ribs. Skyler still remains in the hospital.

This tragic incident has been incredibly difficult for Skyler and his family. During this time, prayers, love, and support from the everyone mean so much.
