Hello! My name is Skyler. I’m 33 years old, and I’ve been blessed to share my life with my amazing wife for the past 8 years. She’s my rock, always standing by my side, and she works as a paraprofessional at the Illinois Center for Autism in Belleville. We live in Granite City, Illinois and have 4 fur babies...3 adorable dogs and 1 awesome cat.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with feeling comfortable in my own body. After starting my journey on testosterone about 5 years ago, I’ve been eagerly waiting for the day I can finally get top surgery. Every day, my gender dysphoria weighs heavily on me, bringing with it anxiety and pain. This surgery would mean the world to me—it would be a huge step toward relieving that daily struggle and allowing me to live more freely and comfortably in my own skin.
