This is for Skyler, our 10-year-old daughter who has Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, Coarctation of the aortic arch, and ventricular septal disorder. She has gone through 5 open-heart surgeries in her short life, and numerous hospitalizations regarding her congenital heart defects. We anticipate her listing on the national heart transplant list soon, which will require inpatient “waiting”. We have been asked over the years by you who have been following and sharing in our journey to set this up.
