Support Skylar's Healing After Tragic Loss

Hello, my name is Brenna Moody. I am starting this page in regards to my 11-year-old daughter, Skylar Devery. My daughter Skylar is the oldest child of Scott Devery and the sister of Kingsley Devery. Unfortunately, both Scott and Kingsley passed away tragically on Monday, 6/9/25, in a murder/suicide.

My precious Skylar is devastated now that she has lost both her father and little sister, whom she cherished. I am worried about Skylar’s mental health and looking for some therapy to help my daughter cope with her loss. Skylar had a strong bond with her father and adored her sister. This tragedy has left Skylar devastated and withdrawn, and I’m worried if I don’t find my daughter some professional help and a safe place to express herself, she may not fully recover from this. She is only 11 years old, so as a worried mother, I am reaching out for help. Anything helps.
