Hi everyone! My name is Skylar Pitts. I am 24 years old and I'm currently working and going to school full-time to receive my degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

The past few years, my school has offered us to participate in a study abroad trip to Italy and unfortunately, I have been unable to go due to financial hardship. This is my last year before I graduate and I would love to have the opportunity to experience a once-in-a-lifetime trip to learn and work with Italian cuisine.

During this trip, I will be able to cook hands-on with local chefs and participate in lectures, tastings, and field trips such as going truffle hunting. The donation amount is needed to cover the basic needs of the trip such as boarding accommodations, transportation, airline tickets, and meals for 10/15 days. Any donations are extremely appreciated as I am just glad to be able to have this opportunity presented to me.
