Hi, my name is Skylar Maples Creekmore, and I’m reaching out with faith and humility during a very difficult time.

I recently suffered an unexpected injury that sent me to the ER. I currently dont have insurance . The Doctors found a tear in my disc and a right bulging disc in my spine, and the pain has been extreme — truly a 12 out of 10.

This has created a heavy financial strain on our family.

Even with insurance, the medical bills, ER visits, imaging, treatments, and follow-up care have far exceeded our coverage and our budget. We simply were not prepared for how quickly these medical costs would add up.

My husband is in school and working. I also am working in alot of pain on steroids and a back brace. Nothing is taking my pain away . Doctor says surgery will fix everything. I am scared of spine surgery but I'm trusting God through this.

I cannot afford to go on medical leave due to the company not paying me enough to make rent if were to do so. but because of his schooling, his work hours are limited. He is doing everything he can, but right now our family is stretched to the very edge as we juggle medical costs, barely scraping by and caring for our little daughter.

Although this situation is temporary, it has felt overwhelming. We are trusting God through all of it, but we truly need help with the medical bills and treatment costs that are piling up faster than we can manage.
