Support Skye's Recovery After Tragic Accident

Hello, my name is Charlene Rawls (mom) of Skye Rawls.

I am reaching out because on Monday January 6,2025 my daughter was tragically struck by a car in Galveston, Texas while driving on her scooter. What we thought was just any average day has been a daunting time that I can hardly stand to explain however I will try my best. The severity of the impact lead to critical immediate surgery .Unfortunately she has an head injury, and a significant amount of physical damage. This will mean she will be out of work for awhile focusing primarily on all the essential steps necessary for her recovery.

Skye is a young single mother of 3 boys. She is very caring, self-motivated, and self-driven, however. In these times we realize how much not only do we need God, but we need a village to care, support and encourage one another. We understand it will be a process, but we know that faith is works beyond hind eyesight.

At this time if you can contribute in any capacity it would help our family whom is currently in urgent need of financial support as she navigates this road to recovery. All contributions given will help assist in unexpected medical bills, medical equipment, home essentials, aid with kids, and daily practical matters to assist our family during this very difficult time. Matthew 17:20 says, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move”.
