hello! My name is SKOUT and I’ll be running across America on January 2026. I’ll be out there running for 2 reasons. #1 to complete it in under 50 days. #2 to continue spreading awareness about mental health and & suicide prevention.

Last year when I attempted to run across America in under 50 days I ended up running out of funds almost 1,200 miles into the run. That was because I spent most of the funds I had saved to purchase a follow vehicle that ended up breaking down and having issues on day 2. Right from the start it all went down hill but I kept going because I still wanted to complete what I set off to do. It wasn’t pleasant at all since I had to raw dog it again and sleep outside and carry all my inventory on me making my backpack 15-18lbs heavy.

This time I am reaching out for help to secure extra funding to make sure I don’t run into the same issue I had last year. That’s why I started this gofundme page for anyone who would like to contribute to my run across America which will start on Jan. 1, 2026. I don’t have any sponsors as of now but I’m looking and hoping that I can pick 1 or 2 up along the way. I’ll be making sure to update the page if I end up getting some of the funding from sponsors.
