We're high school students and co-founders of Sun Safe Society, a nonprofit organization affiliated with HOSA that is dedicated to spreading awareness about skin cancer and promoting healthy sun safety habits.

Skin cancer is the most common type of cancer and one of the most preventable forms of cancer. Our goal is to educate people in our community about the importance of protecting their skin from the sun through social media outreach, educational events, and so much more.

We want to help sun protection a simple part of everyday life wheter its using sunscreen, wearing hats and sunglasses, or staying in the shade when theres high UV.

Your donation will help us:

-Provide sunscreen to our community

-Create educational materials, flyers, and resources

-Host events and presentations within our area and further

-Expand our outreach and partnerships with healthcare professionals.

-Give back to foundations like The Skin Cancer Foundation and Shade Foundation
