As Sixto and I (Jamie) start our new journey being full time parents to his 2 children 12 yr old Sixto Jr. who has autism and 8 yr old Lydia.... We admit we were not prepared for the sudden changes that happened so fast for the four of us...Although we are all together we need our own place as we are facing eviction at a home that isn't ours and we aren't on the rental agreement... Sixto and I have made many sacrifices to be able to care for his kids..

At this time in crisis we ask our community to come together and help us provide a safe place for our children.. we are needing our own place we need help with housing cost such as deposits first and last month rent.. we want to provide a safe and loving environment.. In all reality these children have seen so much, been thru so much, and we arnt trying to stay in a home that isn't ours where so much has gone on the kids dont need to be reminded everyday of how things ended, we want to make new memories in our own home... Sixto works a full time job but it is seasonal and will be laid off in april we are looking to be able to maintain a place that we can afford and I was cut back extremely on my hours to be able to care for his children we have money saved up but not enough we just ask our community to think about the children in this difficult time.. many of you will recommend getting help or assistance i have called endlessly to get no where there is a waiting list for everything and you would be lucky to even receive a call back from alot of churches and agencies. Please pray for our little family as we face our new journey we are very blessed and thankful for the few people that have helped, but it's not nearly enough, this will most likely be the last month we can be here we are urgently asking for any help possible .
