I’m writing this today not just as a boyfriend, but as someone who loves and cares deeply for someone who’s been suffering quietly for far too long.

My girlfriend has been battling chronic sinus problems for years. What started as occasional sinus infections turned into a daily struggle — constant pressure in her face and head, frequent infections, blocked breathing, and fatigue that never seems to go away. It’s affected her sleep, her energy, her ability to enjoy life, and even her mental health.

After countless doctor visits, medications, and temporary fixes, she finally saw a specialist who gave her a clear diagnosis: she needs sinus surgery to fix the structural problems that are causing all this pain. It’s a procedure that could finally give her lasting relief — help her breathe clearly, sleep better, and wake up without pain every day.

But here’s the problem: while some of the surgery may be covered by insurance, a large portion of the cost isn’t. The tests, consultations, pre-op, and post-op care are piling up quickly. It’s more than we can manage on our own right now, and that’s why I’m turning to you.
