I’m starting this fundraiser for myself and my teenage daughter as we navigate one of the hardest seasons of our lives. My passion is working with drug rehabilitation centers, 

helping people heal from addiction and supporting them through some of their darkest moments. Saving lives has always been my purpose.

But on September 2nd, our lives changed in an instant. A driver ran a red light and hit me head-on. The impact caused serious injuries — including head trauma, severe dental damage, and a shattered ankle that required major surgery. I went from being fully independent to being confined to a wheelchair, and I am currently in intensive rehabilitation learning how to walk again.

Because of the accident, I am unable to work, and the medical bills and basic living expenses are becoming overwhelming. As a single mom, it breaks my heart that my daughter is in her senior year — a time that should be filled with celebration, memories, and milestones — and we can’t afford any of it.

We’ve always tried to give love, support, and compassion to others. Now, for the first time, we truly need help ourselves.
