So I’m sure everyone in the Albuquerque area knows that there was a shooting a week ago in the old town area. Every mother’s worse nightmare. Getting that call in the middle of the night that your kid was shot. And you can’t seem to comprehend what was being said to you. Speechless unreal. I never thought I would be me  or see my kid laying there trying so hard to fight for her life, but slowly you her getting tired and the doctors keep insisting that you need to make a decision and we have to think of her life and whats best for her. But I can’t think of a day without her or any of my kids.!  Sincere did survive a gunshot wound to her head that's caused a lot of damage to her brain. Doctors are saying that if she does survive, she would pretty much be a vegetable. And if they decide to keep her going on the machines, it's going to be a lifetime of recovery for Sincere, but her family is willing to walk with her all the steps that they have to. She's strong, and she's fighting for her life.

If you knew Sincere, she is kind and caring with a big heart. She was looking forward to driving and was slowly being taught. She wanted to work to save money to buy a car. So she would work for her money by cleaning yards or doing acrylic nails, which she did an awesome job at. Sincere lives with her mother, her stepfather, and her five other siblings.
