My coworker Simone M. has recently been diagnosed within the last several months with deteriorating health conditions, prohibiting him from being able to perform at his best at many times. On several days throughout the weeks, Simone gives his all to ensure he still pushes to come to work and maintain his well-being, giving all his might managing his pain levels.

Within the last few months, Simone has had several heart attacks on top of him already being ill. His wife is also very sick. He has fallen behind on paying his mortgage, providing groceries, and his day-to-day basic needs as well as medical expenses.

Family, I am reaching out in support of asking for assistance to help Simone get ahead. In this time, Simone really needs our help, and I am reaching out to ask our community for help. Simone would do the same for us. He has an outgoing personality and ensures he always stays positive despite his current condition.
