Support Simon Gabor's Rehabilitation Journey
Donation protected

My friend Debbie Plotkin and I are trying to raise funds to support friends close to our hearts Simon and Maria Gabor.
Simon had brain surgery for his cancer on July 2nd, 2024 that resulted in a brain bleed and it has changed his life and his family's life forever. This complication left him partially paralyzed on the left side of his body. Simon will have to undergo intense rehabilitation at a facility for several weeks followed by intense outpatient therapy, where he will work on his movements, his speaking and his swallowing.
Although we continue to pray and trust in God, the current prognosis by doctors is that he will never regain 100% movement on his left side, and if he does it will never be close to normal function ever again.
Simon and his wife Maria are the nicest people and always try to help everyone. Maria is staying with her husband in the hospital 24/7 taking care of him and all his needs. She has to return back to work on August 12th so she does not lose her job. Then they will have to hire a full time caregiver for Simon.
We want to raise money to cover Simon's medical costs and help provide the Gabor family with their essential needs during this very difficult time.
Your support can make a real difference in their lives as the Gabor family faces challenging times ahead, both mentally and physically.
No donation is too small, and every little bit helps.
Thank you for your generosity and kindness. Together we can alleviate a bit of the financial strain that lies ahead for the Gabor family so they can focus on each other and Simon's recovery.
Thank you in advance for all your support and please share his story with others.
