My name is John Robertson. I was Simon Andriesz’s representative, adviser and friend, and I worked closely with him over a significant period of time.

Simon Andriesz was a devoted family man, a much-loved friend and someone who showed extraordinary courage in standing up for what he believed was right.

Following Simon’s tragic death, those of us who knew and cared about him want to make sure that something positive and lasting is created for the family he leaves behind.

We have established this fundraiser to support Simon’s family.

Every penny raised through this fundraiser is for Simon’s family. None of the organisers will receive or personally benefit from any of the money raised.

Dedicated arrangements are currently being established for the funds. Once those arrangements are completed, the money raised through this campaign will be transferred into an account established solely for the benefit of Simon’s family.

Our hope is that the people whose lives Simon touched, including friends, colleagues, supporters and those who have come to know his story, might contribute whatever they can.

Nothing can replace what Simon’s family has lost. This fund is simply intended to provide some support for their future and to show them that the people who stood alongside Simon have not forgotten him or those he loved.
