**UPDATE**

Today was a good day. Sienna was moved out of ICU onto the regular floor. Anyone who knows Siennas battle with Olliers Disease knows that she heals on her own (often accelerated) schedule, so moving out of ICU today did not surprise me.

We did find out that she does have mild TBI, but its nothing we can't handle. She is having a little trouble with her memory and recall, but I have no doubt she will be fully healed.

Thank you, again, to everyone who has donated, shared, and prayed for our baby.

**UPDATE**

THANK YOU. Thank you all. Our family is beyond speechless for everyone's support and love. We are absolutely blown away.

Sienna is currently in surgery to fix her pelvic injuries. By the grace of God, this should be the only surgery she requires. Finding this out got me excited, as I thought we would be able to leave the hospital sooner, but unfortunately they told us to manage our expectations and plan on being here for about a month.

I will continue to update as things progress. Thank you all again from the bottom of our hearts.

Sienna was involved in a devastating accident in which she was ejected from a vehicle and pinned underneath it. By the grace of God, she is still with us today.

I truly do not know how she is alive. She had many guardian angels watching over her that night. Thanks to bystanders who cared for her until help arrived, the EMS and Fire teams who used the jaws of life to free her, and the medical staff who fought tirelessly for her, our daughter survived what should have been unsurvivable.

Sienna was life-flighted to Milwaukee for specialized care. She is now stable, alert, and has no brain injuries, which is a miracle in itself. However, her body endured catastrophic trauma, including:

• Head lacerations
• An eyelid split in half with damage to her right eye
• A right orbital bone fracture
• Broken jaw
• Broken collarbone
• Partially collapsed lungs
• Multiple broken ribs
• Grade 2 liver laceration
• Broken spine
• Shattered pelvis

We are looking at weeks if not months in the hospital, multiple surgeries, and rehabilitation.

We are not ones to ask for help, but we are on our knees right now asking for your support. Any contribution — big or small — will help us stay close to our girl and focus on what matters most: her healing. Andy and I will both be off work for the foreseeable future to help Sienna through this recovery.

More than anything, we ask for your continued prayers. Sienna is strong, fearless, and fighting, and with faith and the support of our community, we believe she will get through this.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for every prayer, message, act of kindness, and donation. We are forever grateful.

With love,
The Maynard Family
