Sienna is a bright and resilient 2-year-old who was diagnosed with Syngap1 when she was just 1 year old. This rare genetic disorder has brought many challenges to her daily life, including frequent seizures, difficulty walking and talking, and trouble eating. Despite these obstacles, Sienna continues to show incredible strength and determination every day.
Sienna’s care requires ongoing physical, occupational, and speech therapy, with appointments three to five days a week. Hospital visits are often unpredictable and depend on her day-to-day health. The costs of therapy, hospital stays, and specialized equipment add up quickly. On top of that, one parent had to leave work to care for Sienna full-time, making everyday expenses even more difficult to manage.
Our hope is that with continued therapy and support, Sienna will one day be able to walk and talk. Every donation will help cover transportation, hospital stays, therapy sessions, and the essentials Sienna needs to thrive. Your support means the world to our family as we work toward giving Sienna the best possible future.
