Support Sidrer Family in Time of Loss

Hello everyone, my name is Jack Sidrer.

I am one of three sons of Jay Sidrer, including my twin brother, Lee Sidrer and my older brother, Barry Sidrer, followed by Jay’s two grandchildren, Lily and Ryan Sidrer.

On January 23, 2025, our father passed away at the age of 72. He had many years of struggling with pain, but over the past few months his health started to deteriorate further causing mobility issues and other difficulties.

He was very determined to get better and fought daily to get stronger but his body eventually succumbed to his complications.

For those who had the honor of meeting our father throughout the years, they knew he had a big heart and cared very deeply for the people around him. He would always joke and laugh to offset the hardships of life.

He loved watching sports, woodworking, watching movies, and spending time with his cats in his free time.

While he started as a woodshop educator, over the years he volunteered at Woodbridge Buddy Ball and at Woodbridge ‘PACE’ program assisting children with special needs.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated during this troubling time to pay for his funeral expenses and a special service - to be held at a later time to commemorate the man that he was.
