Our father suddenly passed away in 2022, and we've faced significant challenges in settling his estate, as he passed without a will. With no proceeds from the sale of the house, and no access to the other parts of our father's estate, we are in need of support. We have been estranged to navigate our father's passing and his probate proceedings alone, and are seeking aid to help us move forward after recent updates.

We are thankful for the initial support that we have received, allowing us to seek legal counsel, in an attempt to receive proceeds from our father's estate. Unfortunately, after having lawyers review our situation, we were informed that we do not have a winning chance in court to receive any proceeds from the sale of our childhood home.
