I’m fundraising for my beautiful mother, Sibil, who is a two time cancer survivor, and about to be three. My mother’s first battle with Stage 3 Colon cancer started in July of 2016. Just 6 months later after 12 chemotherapy treatments, she was cancer free. Unfortunately, in March of 2021, she was diagnosed again, this time Stage 4 and it had spread to her lymph nodes in her chest and neck. My mother had a less than 3% chance of it coming back the second time, and it did and spread worse. It is by God’s grace, His love and His miraculous power, she survived yet again. This time will be no different as she has been diagnosed again with colon cancer. Many of you know Sibil, and know how selfless she is. She is the kind of woman to always make sure everyone else is taken care of before her needs are met. She is the light in a lot of people’s lives. Her faith has outshined her fear through this and is a great testimony, not only to the love and healing God has poured over her, but her strength to get through anything. She has defeated every battle life has thrown at her, and is absolutely the strongest person I have ever known. We kindly ask for your help during this season in her life as she has had extensive tests and procedures done already, and of course, will need more to come.
