It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Shonyta Pouncey, who courageously battled brain cancer until his final moments on August 12th. Shonyta was more than just a coach, he was a source of light, love, and strength to everyone who knew him.

Despite the pain and challenges Shonyta endured, he faced each day with grace, hope, and unwavering courage. Now, as our family grieves this unimaginable loss, we are also faced with the financial strain of covering funeral and burial expenses to honor Shonyta’s life in the way he truly deserves.

We are reaching out to friends, family, and our community for help during this difficult time. Any contribution—no matter the size—will go directly toward funeral costs and supporting the family as we navigate the days ahead.
