Support Shontae and Family Through Her Accident Recovery

My name is Mercedes Younker, I am starting a Go Fund Me for my sister in law, Shontae Brown, and her family.

On Friday, June 21st 2024, Shontae was involved in a head-on collision. She was flown to Inova Fairfax where she is being treated for the following injuries: broken femur, broken pelvis, broken foot, broken ribs, and a partially punctured lung. She has already undergone one surgery and will need at least one more in a few weeks to correct the broken bones.

Shontae is the mother to 3 children: Kimberlei, Ella, and Henry. Her loving husband Jason has not left her side.

I am asking for financial assistance with not only her medical bills that are adding up, but to provide some income to the family as she will not be able to carry out her job as a surgical tech for quite a while as she heals. In addition, the family no longer has a vehicle. Her car was totaled in the accident and Jason's was smashed in a freak work accident just the day before.
