Support for Shon’s Spinal Cord Injury Recovery

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

On June 1, 2025 our world changed in an instant. My husband, Shon, suffered a serious spinal cord injury that has left him facing a long and uncertain road to recovery. Doctors estimate his healing journey will take 9 to 12 months, and while we remain hopeful that he will walk again, the road ahead is filled with challenges—physically, emotionally, and financially.

Shon was our family’s sole provider, and now I’ve taken on the role of his full-time caregiver. This unexpected shift has left us without a source of income while navigating medical treatments, rehabilitation, and adapting our lives and home to support his needs.

We’re asking for your help. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward:

   •   Lodging during out-of-town treatments
