Support Shlo's Battle Against Pancreatic Cancer
Donation protected
On August 15, Shlo received the news that his excessive night sweats for the last few weeks were, in fact, caused by Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. This terrible cancer also had the audacity to spread to his liver, spleen, and spine. As news like this does to someone who is healthy, active, and quite young, this has been shocking.
Shlo is always the first one to embrace community, invite folks to dinner, call or text to check in on a friend, remember your birthday, remind you to sign up for the pickleball session or organize a group, go out of his way to help you, keep things silly and fun, and ALWAYS with a massive smile and warm embrace! Now he, Jenny, and their 17-year-old daughter, Parker, need support from their community. Shlo has met with doctors and will be starting chemo at OHSU in the coming weeks. Please contribute what you can!
