Support Shiv Jha's Fight for Life

Dear Friends and Compassionate Community,

I'm reaching out today with a heavy heart and a plea for support. My father, Shiv Jha, a beacon of strength and kindness in our lives, is fighting for his life after suffering a sudden cardiac arrest. He's currently in the ICU, in a coma with severe brain damage, and on life support.

My father's journey has been one of resilience and determination. From his humble beginnings in a small Indian village to becoming a respected software engineer in the United States, he has always embodied the values of hard work, simplicity, and compassion. His favorite teaching from the Bhagavad Gita, "Set thy heart upon thy work, but never on its reward," has guided his life and inspired our family.

As we face this crisis, we're confronted with overwhelming medical expenses and uncertain immigration status. My mother, a full-time homemaker, my younger brother in high school, and I, a college student on an F1 visa, are struggling to navigate this challenging time while honoring my father's dream of seeing us through our education.
