Hi everyone!

As most of you know, I traveled the world (6 continents, 19 countries, & who knows how many cities) for 9 months and met & connected with so many people. One of them is my dear friend Shishir, who was my tour guide during my time in Nepal.

He was involved in a scooter accident on my way to work for the sunrise tour several weeks ago and suffered a broken shoulder. The doctors said he needed surgery soon to recover properly. The cost of the surgery and medical care was USD 3,000 which was way more than Shishir could afford.

Recently, Shishir wasn't able to move forward with the surgery due to not having enough funds. He has been attending hospital visits every week. Because he has not had surgery yet, his broken bone is about to pierce the skin. He has been out of work for a while since his accident and the hospital costs every week made his financial situation even worse.
