Support Sheryl Miller's Fight Against Cancer
Donación protegida
Thank you everyone for your kind words of encouragement, hope, and prayer. However at this time due to the upcoming burden of medical expenses we are reaching out to friends, family, and the community for support.
For those of you who may not know my mother Sheryl Miller has been recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer which has spread to her brain, liver, and bones. She will be seeking treatment through radiation and chemotherapy. She wants to fight this as hard as she can. She understands the road ahead is not going to be easy and has shown strength and encouragement that has brought us all hope in her road to remission and recovery.
Throughout the years she has devoted her time and effort in the community as a public servant. Countless years with East Aurora Little Loop Football working the snack stand and yearly fundraisers. Many of you may know her from seeing her in the village crossing kids for school in the morning or during community events. In the Aurora Town Clerks office collecting taxes, dog and hunting license’s. Zoning Board meetings. At the East Aurora Moose lodge working fish fry’s and Women of the Moose events.
As a Mother what more could you ask for. She taught us kindness and respect. To look out for others and always lend a helping hand. She devoted her time driving us and attending multiple baseball, basketball, and football leagues which consumed all of her time. She was there for us when we were broken and down. Did everything she could to provide quality of life.
Recently she was able to celebrate the marriage of me and my wife Alyssa Miller. The birth of her 1st grandchild Charles which has brought her tons of joy and laughter. She is looking forward to her 2nd grandchild early this summer along with the marriage of David(D.J.) and Sam this September. She has entered her next chapter in life and faced with this horrific diagnosis.
Funds raised will be used for medical expenses, equipment, transportation, in home aid, quality of life improvement, and any other financial struggles that may arise during and after her battle with cancer.
Donations may also be given in person from those to wish to do so.
