Support Sherry's Journey to Carter's Funeral

My name is Sherry.

I'm here to ask for help so I can get to my son's funeral in South Dakota. I live in Las Vegas, NV.

My son Carter died in a tragic accident involving an ATV on June 23rd, 2025. He was 14 years old.

He was at his grandparents ranch when he was asked to help his grandfather in the hay field. He jumped in the side by side and on his way there he lost control of the vehicle and it flipped over down a steep dropoff. He was thrown from the vehicle. It ended up rolling over him. His death was thankfully quick and he didn't suffer.

I need to get myself, along with Carter's older brother Aiden and his younger brother Jensen, to his funeral that's on July 2nd at 10am.

We all need this. As a mother in deep pain and desperate to see my baby one last time, I ask for anything that can help get us there.

I've always been pretty self-reliant and figured a way out of my own problems, but this time I just can't. I'm just trying to remember how to breathe right now.

I can't think of anything else to say except that the heartbreak is real. I just need to see my sweet boy one last time. My surviving sons need to be able to tell their brother goodbye.

We need funds for gas,food, and a couple of nights in a hotel/motel. Nothing extravagant. Just something to get through this.
