In just a moment’s notice one’s life can change forever.
As difficult as this is, we are asking for the community’s support in helping Sherry Therrien who has recently been diagnosed with Stage 5 Kidney Failure at the age of 43. Sherry is a single mother, sister, daughter, aunt and a true friend to many.
She recently was going about her day and noticed she had not been feeling well. A simple trip to the Emergency Department resulted in a 7 day stay and a diagnosis that has changed her life.
Instead of spending her days at work, with friends and family enjoying the simple things we take for granted, she is now committed to dialysis, surgeries and medical appointments that consume her time.
She spends her days saddened and afraid and has opted for treatments that take place throughout the night. She is mortified and scared of her recent diagnosis and wants to maintain some normalcy during the daylight hours. She will ultimately need a kidney transplant in the near future.
All of this comes with a burden of financial responsibility, loss time from work and bills and expenses that do not stop. Therefore, we are asking for your help. We are asking for any donation that can help relive the burden of a difficult ,life changing diagnosis and allow for a little mental assurance that her bills will still be paid and she does not begin to feel the increased emotional effects that we all have felt when bills and finances change.
Any amount of donations will help, please take a moment and find it in your heart to donate and please foward this Go Fund ME on your page so we can reach as many people as we can to continue to Support Sherry during this time of need.
