Support Sherry and David in Their Time of Need
Donation protected
Hi everyone,
We’re reaching out on behalf of Sherry and David Berry — two incredibly strong and hardworking people who have hit an unexpected and difficult turn in life.
David was recently laid off and is currently unemployed. Sherry, his wife, has been fighting medical battles nearly her entire life. She’s survived breast cancer, colon cancer, a heart attack, and two strokes — and that’s just the beginning. She also lives with:
• Congestive heart failure
• Kidney and thyroid disease
• Inflammation around her lungs
• Diabetes and neuropathy
• Rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis
• IBS, ulcerative colitis, and psoriasis
• COPD and asthma
• Fibromyalgia
• Hypertension and high cholesterol
Despite surviving so much, her current condition has left her unable to work. She now uses a walker and can barely get around on her own. David has always worked hard to provide for their family, but with no income coming in and Sherry’s health declining, they’re struggling to cover even the most basic needs — rent, electricity, and desperately needed car repairs.
Sherry and David are 56 and 57 years old. They’ve spent their lives working hard and giving to others, but now they need a little help themselves. If you’re able to donate, any amount — big or small — would go a long way. If you can’t give, sharing this campaign would mean so much.
Let’s rally around them and help ease the weight of this chapter in their lives. Thank you for your love, support, and kindness.
Update: I wanted to share an important update — the urgency of Sherry and David’s situation has increased dramatically. They are now in desperate need of help.
They currently have no money to cover rent or keep the electricity on, which is critical for Sherry’s breathing machine and refrigerator. Their food supply is running low despite trips to the food bank, and they still need basic essentials like bread, milk, eggs, and gas so David can continue searching for work.
They’re still waiting to find out if they qualify for any kind of financial assistance, but nothing is guaranteed or in place yet. In the meantime, they are trying to hold on — but they’re truly at a breaking point.
If you can help in any way, even the smallest donation or a share, it would mean the world. And please continue to keep them in your prayers.
Thank you so much for your love and support.
