My name is Dylan, and I’m fundraising for my mum, Sherri, who recently suffered a devastating fall that left her with a broken hip. She required urgent surgery, and while the procedure went well, her recovery will be long, painful, and extremely challenging.

Sherri is a recently widowed mother, living in Atlanta GA, who has always done her best to stay strong and independent, even through the hardest moments of her life. But this time, she truly needs help. She is currently unemployed, after being made redundant, and the injury has made it impossible for her to return to work anytime soon.

On top of the medical recovery she now faces, Sherri is also dealing with the frightening reality of being at risk of eviction from her home. With no income and growing medical and living expenses, the situation has become overwhelming and urgent.

I’m asking for help to keep her safe, stable, and supported while she heals—covering essential costs like rent, medical expenses, daily care needs, and basic living necessities.
