Hi I am Shelli Hamilton asking for assistance in hardship trying to save my house from foreclosure. I was married to Wendell Hamilton 25 years he was severely disabled 9/2015 but we worked through his disability together maintenance of home I.T. business since 10/2001.

We moved to N.E. Oregon 6/2018 to support our daughter very young accepted to university. We fell in love with the area and the small house.

We rented one year and became only second owners to the house. The house was perfect for him and his severe disability .

First time house owners. His health kept declining Halloween weekend of 2023 he had another stroke made him bedridden, he ultimately died at home under hospice care 3/2023.

I lost our home business, tried to get similar work. I was unable to do so. I had several months of savings, his funeral costs, not having life insurance, took a big hit in our bank account. My health has prevented me from some work options,I do have a part time job, it doesn't pay for catching up and social security disability application takes time.

I have gotten behind on mortgage I have applied for "hardship" I do have an advocate for me to speak on my behalf. The lender the 11th hour sent to a Collection agency. The collection agency not really wanting to work with me or acknowledge have filled out "hardship" paperwork will call me I answer just hang up on me. I have demanded they send me paperwork in the mail have not. I am asking for assistance, I can pay the amount demanding from me and then I can re-finnance or more options to save my little home.

Any amount will help me so I can have options moving forward as a widow. Time is of the essence I really don't want a foreclosure when I am willing to work with lenders during this hardship at the moment. Thank you for your time and consideration during this difficult time in my life.
