Hi everyone, my name is Sara and I wanted to create this go fund me for the most beautiful soul Shelley, my son’s nurse who has just recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. Shelley has 3 children and almost 6 grandchildren whom she absolutely adores, one of her grand babies also battled cancer this year and her family has been through some really tough times recently. She spends day in and day out caring for my son and loving him like he’s her own. Shes been with him since he was 5 months old, goes above and beyond for him and our family, she performed CPR on his lifeless body at barley 6 months old saving his life right in front of my husband, something we could never repay her for and I believe it is her turn to receive all the help she can get during this time. At this time Shelley’s cancer is stage 2 but she is about to undergo a double mastectomy to find out if it’s spread further and what type of treatment she will need. IF she needs further treatment, the type she will need is very expensive and often not covered by insurance. If we can raise as much as possible to help her get by during her recovery, and also help cover the medical costs and costs of her treatment it would be life changing for her and her family.
