The Woonsocket School District would like to take the opportunity to help a long-time fellow educator. On May 7, 2025, Shelley Schlicht and her family experienced a house fire. The fire caused extensive damage to part of the house and smoke damage to the entirety of their home and their belongings. They will be displaced and need to replace clothing, etc., while they survey and make decisions on their future living conditions. All funds will go directly to Shelley, her two sons, and six foster children. Please consider donating via GoFundMe or dropping donations off at the Woonsocket School District.
