Hello, my name is Shelia and I was recently diagnosed with Severe Aplastic Anemia. This is a non-curable bone marrow failure condition where I can't produce my own blood. I have to rely on weekly blood tests, transfusions, and very expensive medicine. I have been accepted into the NIH and start my hATG infusions Monday. Thankfully, I was accepted because my treatments there will be free. Unfortunately, I have other medications and bills that are not free. I have been put out of work because this is a serious illness, and there's no cure for me. I'm not a candidate for a bone marrow transplant Any help and also prayers would be greatly appreciated.
