As we all know, my little sister Shelia Tyner Sullivan is going through a very trying time. With this being said I am raising money for Shelia who has been going through a lot over the last couple of months. We want to help and show her our love and support. As of now she is officially on the transplant list for a new lungs (double). Shelia is currently in ICU and on ECMO machine. This machine is filtering and adding oxygen into her blood which helps her breathe. However, after the transplant Shelia will have to remain in Nashville for three months under the doctor’s care. In those three months she will attend physical therapy every three days at Vanderbilt Hospital. Along with blood work every week. Her husband Tim Sullivan and I (Karen Jeffries) will be taking turns staying with her. Shelia will need a caregiver with her every day for these three months.
