Support Sheila Nicholl's Battle with Bladder Cancer
Donation protected
Hello, our family is raising money to help with my mother’s (Sheila Nicholl) expenses during her time of chemo. She has bladder cancer and needs to have her bladder removed but the cancer has spread into her muscle so the doctor is trying to shrink what’s in the muscle before removing her bladder completely. My mother is on social security with no other income at this time. She had to quit her part time job because of this issue and Medicare will only pay 80% of the treatments. Our family is asking for help to pay for the treatments and help her financially while she will be out of work for the next 3-4 months.
Her story:
8 years ago she was diagnosed with this bladder cancer, she had surgery then and it was removed however that doctor never told her it could come back and that she needs to be checked annually. When she started having problems again a few months ago, she had to go to a new doctor due to her last one retiring and that’s when she found out she should have been being checked. Unfortunately the cancer has spread dramatically and cannot be treated as it could have been if it was caught early. Not only will she have to go through chemo for a few months, she will also lose her bladder from it.
Our family appreciates any help we can get ❤️
We all thank you for your support!
