We are thrilled to announce that the Deep Sea Voyagers Robotics Team from Surrey, British Columbia, has achieved an incredible milestone—they’ve advanced to the First LEGO League International Robotics Research and Innovation Competition in Korinthos, Greece, from May 2-4, 2025!
Shedli and his team of innovators has worked tirelessly to design, build, and program their innovation, demonstrating outstanding creativity, teamwork, and problem solving skills. Competing on an international stage is a once in a lifetime opportunity for these bright students, allowing them to showcase their hard work, represent their school and community, and gain invaluable STEM experience.
However, we need your help to make this dream a reality! Traveling to Greece comes with significant costs, including flights, accommodations, meals, and competition fees. As a school dedicated to nurturing future leaders in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), we want to ensure that finances are not a barrier to our students' success.
Your donation will help:
✅ Cover travel and lodging expenses for Shedli's team
Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference! Join us in empowering the next generation of innovators and helping our students represent Canada on the world stage.
Donate today and share our campaign to spread the word!
Thank you for your generosity and support!
This fundraiser is organized by Ramzi Khsib: team mentor/coach and Shedli's parent.
All funds will be used to pay the competition registration fees for the entire team.
