Support Shaza Family to evacuate from Gaza

Donation protected
Hello there
This is Alaa Mahdi who has Belgian citizenship and has lived in Belgium for years, I chose to do this fundraise to help my sister and her family who are facing a terrifying genocide in Gaza.
Shaza, my niece, is a first-year medical student at the University. She achieved the first rank in the North Gaza Strip with a score of 99.6 in the 2022-2023 General Secondary Education Certificate Examination. She's an ambitious and dreamy girl with aspirations to become one of the world's best doctors. She, along with my sister and the rest of the family, have experienced a drastic change in their lives, transitioning from a stable and ambitious life to one threatened by death everywhere, with a lack of security, food, and shelter. Now, after 145 days of war, Shaza and my sister Lamis asked me to help them find a way out of Gaza by any means necessary. They seek to continue their education and seek a life elsewhere that offers safety and security for their family and children, aiming to resist further by being more successful. Therefore, I am asking you with all the respect to help my sister and her children search for a life before they fall victim to the ongoing cycle of violence.

To get more details about Shatha’s & her family, please read the story.

Hi everyone
This is Shaza Hamad,I am a Gazan girl who used to live in the north with her family in their lovely house. My father has suffered for years to build this house, to make it OUR dream house. My parents did their best to provide us (me and my 4 siblings) with all the love, care, and mercy in this world. However, this sweet life has disappeared since the war in Gaza. We have evacuated from one place to another more than 4 times, leaving our homes, memories, dreams,OUR WHOLE LIFE behind us.

I will turn 19 next May, "what problems a girl in my age should face???" anyway, I am supposed to be now a university student studying medicine. I have always been a hard worker, the previous 3 years were vital for my academic life, I worked super hard with a big amount of persistence to aim a scholarship to study medicine "my big dream!", so I can help all the Gazans who are suffering from injuries or disabilities due to previous wars and guess what? Now due to another war, my dream has been destroyed as all the Gazan universities.
"Sometimes life
Chooses to be funny doesn't it?"

Salma is my youngest sister, she's only 5"Actually she turned 5 in the war", I hope she can have a NORMAL childhood, as any child in this world. Every time she hears bombing around us, she panics, starts to cry, and runs to hug me and ask "These rockets won't kill us, will they?"
I always try to make her feel safe, however also me as an "adult" can not have a clear answer. I am not sure if the title "survivor" will suit us for a long time (at the end of the day, a number of my friends have been killed in this genocide). On the other hand when I think deeply, are we really considered survivors, while, we have to live this inhumane life without food, healthy water, electricity, and even no shelter, what do you think??

I hesitated before posting here because I had hoped that this madness would stop and that we would go back home, however, a crazy rocket destroyed our house and our whole life.
The circumstances are getting worse and worse, we all suffer from bad health conditions, especially my mum who has a respiratory problem, and there is no medical help that she can get, so what shall she do?
I am super scared for tomorrow, I can't wait until something bad happens to my family, so I decided to ask for help.
We need help to escape from genocide as quickly as possible, and the only way way is to travel to Egypt. Unfortunately, it's not easy, we need to pay.

We need help to escape from this genocide as quickly as possible and the only way is evacuating to Egypt unfortunately it is not easy at all we need almost $46000
32500for the coordination fees to cross the border($5000 for each adult and $2500 for Salma)
$910 for the crossing fees at Rafah border
$7400 for the life requirements in Egypt (medication, rent, food, ext..) for 3 months until being able to afford life there
the rest To cover GoFundMe transaction fees(2.9%+$0.3 per donation) and to settle in Egypt

So please help us to have a normal life
Help us to have new good memories
Help us to feel okay about tomorrow
And always remember any donation no matter how small will make a big difference
Remember to share the campaign with your family, friends, classmates, and as much as you can
The life of 7 humans can be saved by your contributions

And always remember that even if the war has ended life in Gaza will be impossible a study said that thousands will die due to a lack of hospitals and medications, also of course due to the enormous damage to the infrastructure there will be no water to use no healthy water to use and definitely no electricity
Furthermore, more than 70% of the schools and universities have been destroyed, so there is no way we can continue our education
