Support Shay's Journey: Rent Aid Needed

Hi, my name is Penelope and I’ve created this GoFundMe to help my roommate Shay pay her overdue rent balance. Unfortunately, this payment falls under all 4 of us living here, and we now have 30 days to make a payment before it is sent to a credit bureau for debt.

A little bit about Shay:

Shay is an immigrant from Jamaica who has been living and working in NYC for 7 years. She works to help pay for her family

here in New York, Jamaica, and Massachusetts. Because of this, she has fallen behind on rent.
