If you’ve ever met Shayne, you know he’s the kind of guy who gives everything he has — his time, his heart, and sometimes even the shirt off his back. Literally. Earlier this year, he made a late delivery for a customer who was working late to receive material. When the customer mentioned he never got one of our company sweatshirts, Shayne didn’t hesitate — he took his own sweatshirt off right there and handed it over. That’s who Shayne is.

While making a delivery for SMI, Shayne fell and that left him with a broken hip and a fractured vertebra, requiring surgery and a long recovery ahead.

Even in pain, Shayne has shown the same spirit he always has — not a single complaint, not a trace of bitterness. Just gratitude that it wasn’t worse, and encouragement for everyone around him. His positivity has reminded us all what it means to be part of a true work family.

Now, it’s our turn to help take care of him first you feel led to do so.

We’re starting this GoFundMe to support Shayne and his family as he focuses on healing. The funds will go toward medical costs, therapy, and helping him get back on his feet — literally and figuratively.
