Support Shawnta Johnson's Legal Battle

Hi, My name is Shawnta Johnson and I need immediate help for an August 23, 2024 court date, here in Rome, Ga. Superior Court, to fight false charges against employees of Captain D's because I was accused of something that I didn't do. Help me clear my name, and background and to help me move forward in life, and possibly pursue a civil suit please! I need help retaining a lawyer because I want the video footage to be released instead of going off of he/she say. This is important because the video shows the truth. It's also important because prior to this case I was looking at 51 years in prison for more fake charges, yet this case is dead docketed until Dec.22, 2024 because what they said happened, didn't happen! Regarding this case the incident occurred Jan 2, 2021, I was run off of the rode by two assailants, yet I spent two days in jail, the police report read that I was anti-white, and it was printed in the local paper that I said that, I was going to delete white people" and this is NOT TRUE and UNFOUNDED and that's why it's dead docketed, which means the case is off of the court calendar, and I have to stay out of trouble for a year, and then this incident occurs at Captain D's! I am 6 months into the dead docket and now I have to go to court concerning these fake charges and I want to make sure that the truth comes out and I don't go to jail for something that I didn't do, I was NOT the aggressor. I reported concerns to the store manager and an area manager to no avail, I still have a text message to prove it! I also tried taking out warrants and one of the girls and the judge knew each other! He should have recused himself. So hopefully, by GOD'S GRACE and MERCY I will be able to raise enough money to acquire a lawyer because it's been impossible to get a job with fake charges "PENDING" on my background! I have worked 3 jobs and went to school all at the same time prior to these things occurring! And on July 26, 2019 the local police almost shot and killed me, I was sexually and physically harassed while out of work because of an injury to my toe! and by GOD'S GRACE and MERCY, I didn't die that night, yet I'm dealing with PTSD, STRESS, Trauma etc...yet I still here.
