My name is Shawna and I’m a mom in distress. I am expecting my second child in about 2 weeks and was just served by my other child’s father a motion to take away my visitation, leaving me with supervised visitation with my daughter and no overnights. We just got out of court in August and we are already having to go back! I spent everything I had fighting for my daughter the first time around and I am desperately and humbly asking for help to be able to afford someone who can represent me now to help ensure I don’t lose any time or rights to my daughter. I am absolutely sick and distraught over this and the timing. This should be a joyous time when I am about to bring a baby into the world and instead it is filled with stress and fear of the unknown. My daughter is my whole entire world and I would be lost if I lost my ability to be a mother to her!
