Support Shawn: Recovering from Fire Loss

I’ve waited a week to do this because we weren’t sure what was happening. My son rents a room in a house that caught fire last week. While not a total loss, Shawn has very little that was salvageable. He has been trying his best to get ahead, and this definitely hasn’t helped. The Red Cross has the entire household in a hotel for at least two more weeks. Currently the needs to be met are as follows:

CLOTHING

pants, 32 or 34 waist

shirts, medium

Work boots and shoes, 10 1/2

A good coat

Socks, undershirts, boxer briefs

TOILETRIES (all the basics)

FOOD OR GROCERY GIFT CARDS

FINANCIAL HELP

He has no place to live, so furniture is not needed.

He will need to stay local so he can work, and we are praying that the home is repaired quickly so he and the others can go back.
