Support Shawn Through His Brain Cancer Treatment

My name is Rex, and I want to tell you about my best friend, Shawn Ramirez. He is a man of his word, a devoted husband, father, son, and brother to us all, a mentor, and someone who always finds time to help everyone who crosses his path.

In Shawn’s early years, growing up in Carpinteria, CA, he worked closely with his father and stayed deeply connected with his family. From the very beginning, he was an avid sports fanatic and served as the quarterback of his high school football team. His love for the sport later led him to become a volunteer coach for his sons’s football team. Recently, Shawn and his wife Cori relocated to San Antonio, Texas, to live in their dream home and be closer to the kids.

Our friendship began through our shared passion for mechanics and mechanical devices. Shawn has been an instrumental part of my life, helping me establish and build Santa Barbara Cruisers. He isn't just my business partner but also a true artisan devoted to his craft. He is the Senior Designer and Engineer on our team. His support has been invaluable, and now it's my turn to support him.

With a heavy heart, I reach out to all our friends and family through this GoFundMe page. Shawn has recently been diagnosed with aggressive brain cancer and is beginning his chemo and radiation treatments.

The goal of this GoFundMe page is to raise at least $50,000 to support the Ramirez Family through this difficult time as Shawn, Cori, and their kids navigate this new diagnosis and the impact it will have on their lives.
