Support Shaun Miller's Road to Recovery

As hopefully all of his family, friends, and other loved ones know by now, Shaun Miller was hit by a drunk driver while riding his motorcycle home from dinner with a friend on August 23rd. The driver who pulled out in front of him is an illegal, undocumented alien who was driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle. Due to time constraints, Shaun had to be life-flighted from the roadside to emergency care.

Shaun suffered a right shoulder fracture, left elbow fracture, abdominal contusion with internal bleeding, his left femur was broken in two places, broken left tibia and left fibula, and has multiple fractures in his left foot. Shaun's medical team has stabilized his leg through multiple surgeries, but more surgeries are certainly in his future. Thankfully, Shaun is still alive, but he is on a long road to recovery.

All who know Shaun know that he is a respectable provider for him and his wonderful wife, Jessica. Shaun is a mobile heavy equipment mechanic, obviously requiring full bodily function. Jessica has made the obvious decision to turn in all of her remaining vacation for the year to be at the hospital with Shaun, which buys her only a couple more weeks.
